Entry Table and Lamp Source

So every time I post a picture of this table on Instagram I get a million {okay maybe not a million but pretty close} questions asking where it came from along with the stone lamp. They are both Homegoods finds. Unfortunately that means they aren't available to run out and grab up. They were purchased awhile back. Table about 2 years and lamp about a month ago. Its certainly the grace of the interiors gods what you are going to find there!

Our New Verona Range and Review

Most of you have been following this journey we've been on over the past few months of completely remodeling the kitchen in our new home. We turned what was the original dining room and part of the kitchen seen below in to a much more open kitchen area and we are so happy we did. It took a lot of planning and researching the products that we have used in our kitchen space. (before) (after) One thing that we were sure of was that we wanted a professional oven range and it had to be 36 inches. We also didn't have the square footage to add in built in double ovens so we would have to figure out a way to incorporate that in to the design. The problem that most of you know, is that professional ranges are so expensive and then you throw in a double oven, GULP! Not to mention, the reviews on most of the more popular mainstream brands leave a lot to be desired. So what to do? I mean in all honesty, we didn't have $8000-$10,000 in our budget for a range and I was weary of spending...

A Simple Christmas

A simple Christmas. This is my theme for the holiday season. Creating a home full of cheer but with a simplistic approach. I love this time of year. The holiday season is upon us and I will admit, I've already had a red cup and listened to hours (yes hours) of holiday music. I can't help myself. I love all the anticipation and excitement of Christmas. The parties, the food, the cheer! It truly is magical. But what I am really hoping for this year is a simple Christmas. Not a holiday season surrounded by "stuff" but instead, one where our home is filled with visitors, loud bursts of laughter, giggling children running around, lots and lots of delicious food and of course wine!
